Base Price is $300.00(+) flat, non-negotiable, unless otherwise posted. Payment is required in full.
Standard Leases are a one time flat fee of $20.00, and $35.00 for tracks with hook vocals (Please check out different options). Tracks containing hooks will be marked as such.?Leases and PDF. contracts are delivered manually via email within 48 HOURS of your purchase.
If your primary email address and your PayPal email address are different, you must include in your order information which email to send your tracks to. Tracks are ALWAYS and ONLY emailed to the address provided.
I provide the tracked out files for my Standard leases. ALL leases come with ONE standard signature tag (Carolina Heat) at the beginning of the track, which is not removed (or shall not be removed).
Exclusive Rights start at $750.00(+) for a Beat that is Hott and $1,500.00(+) for a #1 Hit / Banger, and prices are negotiable within reason. This Means you OWN the (Copyrights) FULL Track, (Not mines anymore) For exclusive rights pricing, you must email me about the track(s) you are interested in. Once the price has been agreed upon for the track(s) of choice, payment is required IN FULL.
After payment and delivery, I will the mark the track(s) as sold on my page, move them to the bottom of my catalog with the other sold tracks, and will not distribute the track further in any way (Off the Market).
Payment is acceptable using the following methods:?Pay-Pal, Credit Cards, US Postal Money Orders. Once payment is received in full, I will then deliver the tracked out .WAV files, MP3, and PDF. contract VIA EMAIL within 48 HOURS. Since files are sent manually please be patient, I appreciate your business.
Production credit must be given to Carolina Heat for Carolina Heat Productions, L.L.C. Exclusive Contracts will be mailed to your home or business address to be signed and returned.
Once you are given the tracked out files, the signature tag is no longer required to be included in the song
Exclusive Rights tracks are intended for ARTISTS only **NOT PRODUCERS**. You are not permitted to purchase the exclusive rights to my tracks for the intention of reselling the track or the rights. Artists are also prohibited from reselling the rights or the track itself outside of Song sales.
Unauthorized use of duplication is a violation of this agreement. So, if the rights or track are resold, the rights are Automatically revoked/canceled and returned to me (Carolina Heat) and the contract is no longer valid. You must repurchase the track to regain rights.Contact
