B'way (BX)
Born in the Bronx, NY, Broadway (Bway) is known as one of the most versatile and lyrical MCs around. Bway has a promo playing on Hot 97 for DJ Megatron, his third promo for Mega since 2005. Bway (well-known for his seriously diverse style and devious metaphors) created a local street buzz by rhyming in freestyle ciphers and dispersing the crowd with his punch-lines and sick flow.
In 2003, Bway met the woman he would go on to marry. She introduced Bway to her brother K-Wiz (former DJ for Hip Hop pioneer Sparky-D) who was doing production as a hobby. Their chemistry blended well, then both Wiz and Bway became more serious about their craft and has since produced an array of true-to-hip hop tracks, including Get That Money which got a serious buzz in ATL and Miami back in 04 without Bway being signed.
To this day, Get That Money is buzzing in Atlanta, GA, as folks continue to ask for State of Emergency, an unreleased Demo Cd from 2003 which includes some of the first recording sessions of Bway and K-Wiz.
In 2005, Bway graced some of NYCs hottest stages including: Club Exit, Eugenes and Phenomenon, satisfying the crowd with his explosiveness and animated performances. Often the focal point in rap collaborations with other artists, Bway never ceases to amaze listeners.
In 2006, Bway started The Initiative Movement, a movement he says came about because he was tired of talking about things that were going to happen (that never happened) and was ready to make things happen on his own and he did. In October, 2006 Bway released an industry mixtape called Get That Guap, which he designed himself and arranged with Engineer/Producer Evade of Hit After Hit Productions. In November, Bway was selected as 1 of 14 out of over 1000 artists to feature on the Black Hand Entertainment unsigned all-star mixtape Ear To The Streetz Vol 1, Hosted by: Grafh.
Today, Bway is working with more producers, including up and coming heavyweights like The BeatFellas, Boogie Rocdriquez, Sekhem Re to name a few. Hes also in line to feature on an up coming major motion picture soundtrack. So Bware, HES ABOUT TO MAKE NOISE!Band/artist history

IT'S BUZZIN' RIGHT NOW!!!Have you performed in front of an audience?I perform live in NYC some times. I love it! I'm real animated so I get to let loose on stage. Special moment? I performed with a group one time and the crowd was semi into it until I grabbed the mic at the end...the crowd went nuts! I felt special at that moment...lol
