Building Chaos were formed in early 2005 by Alex(ex-HELLFIRE B.C.) (guitars-vocals) , Petros (guitars) and Makis (bass).In the beginning, drums were occasionally played by Giannis (ex-Innermost) and Dimitris (ex-Hellfire B.C.). From the first songs that were composed it was clear that the band had a wide range of influences and was trying to mix them in order to create it's own sound. In late summer of 2005, Jim joined the band. Having finally a stable line-up, the band started rehearsing more intensively and continued working in new material. Starting from January 2006 several live-shows took place in Athens (the first one under the name of Monsterlab ). These shows include two performances at Megara and Lamia and were accepted with very positive comments by the audience. In the summer of 2006 the band enters studio Mythos and starts the recordings of its first full-length CD , named appropriately Built in Chaos, which consists of 12 devastating thrash metal songs, inspired by bands such as Pantera , Machine Head and Black Label Society among others. A few months later ( February 2007 ) the album was completed.Jim(drums) left the band in November 2007 and George joined for a short period until finally, in December 2008,Nick joined forces with Building Chaos, creating a devastating line-up.The band is currently in search of a label to release it's first cd, writing new material for their second effort and rehearsing intensively for their upcoming live performances....see ya all on stage!!!Contact
