Brothaz Keepahs stage performance is known for it’s high energy and strong production and is something that must be witnessed, to be appreciated. While the group does not really fit into any one genre of the rap / hip-hop music scene. Brothaz Keepah, hailing from the south ads a natural southern flavor too much of their music at the same time the influence of East-Coast rap can be heard throughout their current Project, “The Guide Off”, a new album scheduled to be released in 2004. On this album the brothaz come off more relaxed and sure of themselves. While still keeping a message in the music, the three-man crew tends to have more fun with more party/hype tracks such as, “What Cha Know” and “Got it Goin’ On”. The brothaz also take time to give homage to their home with the song “ NC”.
