Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
You will receive the tagless instrumental tracked out in wav format, along with a full wav and 320 kbp/s mp3 sent via e-mail or through the mail on CD. These rights grant you unlimited recordings on the instrumental, as well as full rights to mix, record, or change the beat in any way you choose. You may not resell the instrumental upon your purchase. A contract will be sent through the mail granting you exclusive rights. You will own the recording as a "work made for hire." The original seller may no longer lease or sell the instrumental, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there).
