I've been listening to classical music, film and game soundtracks as long as I've been around. Naturally part of me wants to carry on those traditions, and hopefully do something original while I'm at it. In particular I would love to work within video game audio.Your musical influences
Just about any living composer who says they aren't at all influenced by John Williams (in some degree) is lying through their teeth. I love Ravel for his innovative use of orchestral textures. Prokofiev for the unbelievable harmonies and chromaticism. Shostakovich for raw emotion strained through a filter of sophistication. Jeremy Soule for his fantastic work in game soundtracks.What equipment do you use?
