Electric Blues

Benoir is a Native New Yorker (Native Sun) who performs as a solo artist, as well as with his trio Dreamer Cult, a name he discovered in the index of a Native American history book while investigating a spiritual name for his band. The Dreamer Cult was a group of Native Americans who rejected the European settlers' influence on their own Native culture. As stewards of our mother earth, not owners of it, Benoir also shares this belief in getting back to a more natural state of being for everyone's sake. Our Dreamer Cult is proud to have voted for our President Obama, who is already leading us in a more forward thinking direction here in the United States, and around the world. It's time for a global paradigm shift and aside from entertainment, our music is fused with a message of peace, unity, and love. Please take some time to listen to all 5 tracks here, they vary in style and feature Benoir's love of Reggae, Rock, and the Blues... "Dub Luv" is about universal love, "5762" was written in anger and despair on Sept 11th, 2001, & "Revolution Solution" was written as the stock market began to unfold. Going Green is really the solution, so let's all try and do our part to celebrate a culture of Life, not death.... More info at musicnoir.com
