Semi-Exclusive rights will grant you the rights to use the purchased Instrumental on 1 commercial application (Album, Mixtape, CD, DVD, Movie, TV, Radio Play, Games or Websites). You will be able to distribute up to 10.000 copies of the purchased Instrumental.
You will receive a Stereo Interleaved Mixdown of the Instrumental together with a contract granting you semi-exclusive rights to the instrumental.
You are NOT allowed to resell the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Beat The System Productions" in the credits of your release.
Beat the System Productions will still remain the exclusive owner of the Instrumental.
Beat The System Production will still maintain the copyrights of the Instrumental.

Exclusive rights will grant you the exclusive rights to use the purchased Instrumental on any commercial application (Album, Mixtape, CD, DVD, Movie, TV, Radio Play, Games or Websites). You will be able to distribute up to 100.000 copies of the purchased Instrumental.
You will receive a single Track Layout of the Instrumental together with a contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
You are NOT allowed to resell the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Beat The System Productions" in the credits of your release.
Beat The System Production will still maintain the copyrights of the Instrumental but agrees to not selling rights for using the Instrumental to anyone else.
