This is a soundtrack for an imaginary game/movie. I wanted to try something with some orchestral instruments, and this is what came out.
I like playing video games, and I like listening to video game soundtracks. I went out and bought a music program called Garageband so that I could learn to compose video game music. That's it.Band/artist history
I was born in the eighties. Music which permeated my young impressionable ears at the time included Huey Lewis and the News, Duran Duran, Phil Collins (Sussudio, great, great song....) and of course Michael Jackson.
I tried to take music lessons when I was ten or something, but I didn't like my teacher and stopped going. I still had a CASIO at home to play around with, but I broke it in less than a year.
I forgot about music until about two years ago, when shortly after buying my iMac a program called Garageband came out. I bought it, and I also bought a MIDI keyboard, and since then have been making silly little tunes for my own personal enjoyment.
Until now that is. Yes, I have chosen to share the fruits of my labor with the world. That's it.Have you performed in front of an audience?I've never played live, because I haven't figured out how to convince enough people to sit down and listen to video game music without actually playing a video game to go along with it.
