Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the instrumental in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). Once purchased, no one else may further lease or buy the same beat. You will receive a contract in the mail granting you full exclusive rights to the beat.
Terms for Exclusive Rights:
Credit still granted to me for production, but all rights of Compostion belong to the buyer and composition cannot be resold, and the buyer must have an understanding that the Composition may have been licensed before and those people are still entitled to their license Royalties will be discussed.
