Cubase SX, with various plugins. 'Ten Acres to the Farm' uses 4Front piano, Plugsound double bass, a Sampletank electric bass, and a chopped-up Groove agent drum track. I've no idea what mic I use, and there are no special compressors, reverbs or EQs on the track.
