A Metal tune about the pitfalls of settling for less than you set out to achieve...
"Mediocrity" is a Heavy Metal track by Atrophy (US) on SoundClick. The sound is shaped by drums and bass, giving the song its signature feel. The track creates a listening experience that feels heavy metal and shadows fall. If you enjoy artists like Metallica, Good Music and Solo, Atrophy (US) is worth exploring on SoundClick.
Atrophy combines the intensity and energy of America's early thrash metal, elements of european death metal, along with the melodic sensibility of todays modern metal. It is difficult to put your finger on what Atrophy sounds like, they definitely have their own sound with their uncanny ability be heavy as fuck while still maintaining mainstream accessibility. They are working on a full length 12 song album entitled "A Reason for Breathing....". A four track demo will be released at the end of the summer. This release will be immediately followed with extensive touring to promote this album.
