String Quartet No.1 1st Movement String Quartet No.1 1st Movement

The 1st movement of my 1st string quartet. It is based on a one bar motif. This occurs first in D major, then modulates to B minor for a contrasting andante section.

String Quartet No.1 2nd Movement String Quartet No.1 2nd Movement

This the 2nd movement from my 1st string quartet. It is a harmonisation of two hymn tunes: Eventide (Abide With Me) and Lloyd. These are harmonised seperately and then combined.
