Recorded onstage at Sam & Shine's Lounge in Gulf Shores on a busy Saturday afternoon. My instruments were setup, my recorder and headphones were there...what else did I need? So I picked up my guitar and a few hours later it was Midnight In Nirvana!

This piece took about four years to reach its final form. It started with two chords and an early sequencer. Then, I programmed the finished drum track out of thin air, put those two chords with it and the rest of the music appeared as if by magic!

This piece started with a simple finger-picked line using my BOSS SY-1000, and took off from there via synth sounds from Roland Cloud, Logic and Fantom-6. Tension and release, harmony and dissonance set the moods for this mercurial soundscape.
