Insanity Insanity
An attempt to combine the extremes of hard rock and shoegaze.

Scorned But Not Forgotten Scorned But Not Forgotten
Overall it's a very Mars Volta influenced track. Some good use of polyrhythms and unusual time signatures.

TRILOGY OF WAR, Part III: U Shouldn't Throw Stones TRILOGY OF WAR, Part III: U Shouldn't Throw Stones
Everyone's dead! or something. Get some images in your head of films like Braveheart or Gladiator where the general looks over the battlefield at all the dead bodies. The quiet bits are the sorrow, the loud bits are for vengeance.

TRILOGY OF WAR, Part II: The Air Raid TRILOGY OF WAR, Part II: The Air Raid
You can almost hear the damn bombs falling. A couple of minutes of extreme static with violently pitchshifted drones crashing against the ear drums. My favourite piece of the three, purely for the destructiveness.

TRILOGY OF WAR, Part I: Achilles Keel TRILOGY OF WAR, Part I: Achilles Keel
A prolific period left me with 30 min of ambient. I cut this down to around 12 min and made a trilogy. I've edited the tracks so they play as a piece if you put them one after another. This is where negotiations break down.

I'm Sorry I'm Sorry
A paean to many a wasted night spent drinking and drugging, and the remorse it brings. The way I've produced mixed and mastered this track makes it sound very commercial, although given the subject matter and some bass mistakes that's unlikely.

Mobile Paradise Redemption Mobile Paradise Redemption
A slick piece of ambience with haunting choir-esque sounds. A personal favourite.

Cornucopia Cornucopia
Pretty much one haunting bitcrushed and heavily modulated loop with some cascading alternate-picked delay melodies going on over the top. One of the best ambient pieces I've done.

Yellow Yellow
You might like this. It's a punky version of a popular hit song of the same name, with some ripping solos. I prefer this version to the original now.

Be This Way Be This Way
Really self-pitious and that irritates me. I think the acapella intro is complete crap as well. Really not sure why I'm uploading it.

Just me and an acoustic, one of the most open things I've bothered to record.

Try Try
I'm really quite happy with this. It's a nice fingerpicked tribute to the late Elliott Smith, very much in his style with double tracked vocals and lovely harmonies.

Good Together Good Together
One of the first things I recorded using digital stuff, that was completely my own work. I think this song is WAY too saccharine, but I love the electric guitar sounds on it.

Eggshells Eggshells
A straight-up simple pop song with plenty of hooks, including a guitar that sounds like a Kazoo, reversed guitars, mandolin, harmonica solo.
