"Only He" was a late 1980's attempt at home studio recording. My buddy Tom played his Les Paul and I sang, overdubbed vocals, and used my baby sister's Casio Synth/drum machine for percussions. Hey, we pulled if off, for a couple of total rookies!

"Cries" was written in 1985 and recorded professionally, but on a "shoe string budget". Producer and former studio drummer for the Beatles, Howard Conder, 4 years later and with a bigger budget, recorded, produced, and mastered this version (1989)

"All Along" is a song about the emptiness one finds in the mixed messages of the world; this can only begin to be replaced by joy when one recognizes what true Grace can do. We get derailed, but God puts us back on track, back in the race.
