AngelX's made up of two singers, a guitarist and a keyboardist in their mid 20s. We are in the process of recording our demo album which we hope will be completed by the end of 2003.
**Our guitarist has just left us due to work commitments. ANGEL X IS LOOKING FOR A NEW GUITARIST! If you are serious in your pursuit of music stardom, like what we are doing with our music, don't mind our working style, above 20years old and have completed your NS, you are welcome to drop us a mail. All races are welcomed but if you are not chinese, I hope that it is in future plans to pick up the language. Nothing personal but no beginners please.**Have you performed in front of an audience?While we haven't played live as a band together, the band members all have numerous individual experiences of public performances. In fact, we would want the key of AngelX's appeal to be in our live shows. Currently, this is of secondary importance compared to recording our demo.
Your musical influences
We are all fans of Guns & Roses and Skidrow. More current influences include Linkin Park and Evananescence. We also have influences from artiste from the jap & chinese music industry like Beyond,Shin,Mayday,XJapan,Glay and Larcenciel.What equipment do you use?
Our recording is done at a friend's residence. Hence, it's free. However, although this is a home recording, we do not compromise on sound quality. The recording equipment invested accounts to a large sum of 5 digits.Anything else?
Due to the work commitments of our members and the importance of recording this demo album, AngelX is adopting a unique way of jamming, recording and fostering band relationships. In a nutshell, the songwriter will upload a basic song on the net. The members will download and work out their parts at the comfort of their time and home. We will then step into the recording studio to record each member at a time. While we might lose out the terms of band friendship building, we believe that the launch of the final product is the ultimate aim that will bind us all.
