Loud Alone. An alternative punk rock band from Kitchener, ON.
Aggression, Confusion and Stupidity. Mix it up; add in some ear shattering drumbeats, solid bass lines and a little "in your face" guitar playing and what is the outcome?Loud Alone. These 4 young chaps use their growing knowledge and love of music to create an original alternative punk rock sound. The story of Loud Alone started in May of 2003. Tired of making senseless noise Brian Marshall (Drums), Nik Tsonis (Guitar, Vocals) and Mike Greguol (Bass, Vocals) had got together for a few jam sessions and the making of Loud Alone was underway. After several months of playing cover songs with no vocals, the boys decided to get serious. They spent a lot of time looking for a singer but were unsuccessful so, they took matter into their own hands. Both Mike and Nik began to sing while creating their own songs and eventually the pieces came together and both stuck with the mic. The 3 did a lot of noise making that summer and played their first show in November of 2003. Just recently a new chapter has been written in the history of the band. In April of 2004, Tyler Yaxley has been added to the line up. Tyler supplies the band with another guitar, making the sound a more full, complex sound. Loud Alone's first release "Deceived Reception" comes out on May 7th and can be purchased at a show or through any band member. Whats next you ask? Who knows?
