Formed when guitarist Bobby Slamm came across singer Sue Plex and bass player Captain Strange on a street corner earlier this year. A shared fondness for loud music, shouting and charity shops amongst other things lead to the formation of Penelope Pistoff. The line-up was completed after several months of being hounded for money by former madam Baby Taigs, in a tragic case of cough up or let her be in the band.Band/artist history
