AKGz
My beats go from club bangers and beats to ride to, to story telling, and rapping about real life. I do it all.

Whats good to to all my music friends. My producer name is AKGz, but everyone calls me AK. AKG is my initials, and the z stands for a me sleeping and dreaming of another hot beats to create. I'm located out of central Kentucky, in Lexington, and I do this solo. I've only been doing this roughly for a year and a half and I'm learning more as I go. I'm very humble to this industry and enjoy doing what I do, and hopefully my name can get put out there for a unique producer who has respect for everyone else in the game. Thats pretty much all I have to say, so get at me at mr_ag_07@yahoo.com.

Band/artist history
Not much hitory in producing besides I've always had a love for rap, hip hop, r & b, and other types of music and until recently, I never knew I could produce it.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I'm a solo producer and I work with artists, but I don't do shows.
Your musical influences
My musical influences are dr dre, timbaland, pharell, mannie fresh, jermaine dupri, kanye west, and many more that I can't name. These are the most recent producers I can think of that are doing it big in the industry to date.
What equipment do you use?
I use Fruity Loops XXL 8 bundle, with various sounds kits from lil jon, dr dre, kanye west, three 6 mafiaso and many more. Along with that I use a Sanyo wk-8000 keyboard when putting the sounds down with studio speakers and high performance JVC headphones to get the quality sound I want.
Anything else?
Once I start selling my beats, the money I make will go right back into the studio. I would like to upgrade to Pro Tools & Reasons, and use Cubebase for my synthesizer sounds. Overall, I love what I do, and I have a passion for it, and I'm still learning. Any advice I can give to any other producer, let me know and I will be glad to tell you what I know. I'm always sourcing more info to gain for knowledge on making beats.
