James, I was being serious when I said to change the free license and your name from the (C).
I notified you once when a more professional publisher would have not notified you at all about this.
Carnival waltz was transfered to me with a publishing agreement where you assigned all the rights including Title, music, words, etc. to me.
this is considered infringement. as for the free license, Uploading it to a sharing site is illegal to do with out the (C) holders permission. In this case its me with the contract. a (C) is done when a piece is finished and not necessarily registered to the (C) office. I saw your page, and I said its fine that you have it there but warned you about those 2 things to change. I dont think you took me seriously and I have done what needed to be done as a professional.
I am aware that you are the composer but I am the publisher. So I have contacted a lawyer specialized in this issue and will be meeting with him soon about this. I was being serious.
