SeveredInc(Intro): The brainchild of 18 year old Willam Barnes, A.K.A. Eddie B. was founded in late 2004 when Eddie opatined his first Roland PC- 3000 MIDI Control Device and started composing on FLStudios5, originally from Oakland, CA (California) Eddie had grown up around music, his father was a 18 year Audio Egineering VET and his mother was a singer. He soon grew a great interest in the production of music and other multimedia, after spending much time in seclusion working at making the sound that would give him his image he hooked up with long time freind James Claypool. 1995(Oakland,CA): James and Eddie met in the spring of 1995(Eddie was just 5 at the time) through Eddie's aunt. They spent many hours at Eddie's mother's house on 39th Avenue in the FootHills of Oakland they slowly developed a progressive fusion sound, based on Hiphop/Rock fusion, with a grungey touch. 2005(Oakland, CA): In mid 2005 Eddie B. met Producer Marquis Lee (Total Profit) and began Co-Producing with him. They created QUAKE INDUSTRIES, the hard hitting turf label was originally the idea of Marquis Lee whom introduced Eddie to his idea.They're clash in styles made for a sound that would distinguish them from the rest of the kids in their neighborhood with ProTools and an MXL 990.Marqus' use of more 808 based beats gave for a more TRUNK RATTLING style-- his raw grit and pure turf sound rubbed off on Eddie in his learning stages. Eddie's mastery of the piano and rock/hiphop drums made for a more organic sound, where Marqus' beats sounded like they were made in a program, most of Eddie's sounded as if they were recorded live in a studio.They thrived from the freindly compatition and became producers ahead of their game, SeveredInc. was the ideal hybrid band.With hard hitting beats and epic piano riffs it wasn't hard to be noticed by other musicians as something to be heard.

Featuring PennyPenn of Codine Records, ZULU THE KING of The Circle Records, and iGO of Chea Kid ENT.) 2006(Oakland, CA): After many practice runs SeveredInc. had offically recorded their first LP, Theory0fLight an Orchestral Goth Rap album, it featured local artist: iGO (of Chea Kid ENT) and Penny Penn (of Codine Recrods) as honerary members of SEVEREDINC. it was the first time Marquis, James, and Eddie had gotten their sound together for a solid product. The quality-Ok, but the concepts would spark more to come. (FACT: iGO AKA JON STALLINGS was once a top pro skater and toured with TonyHAWK.He was also featured on SEVEREDINC.'s unreleased Album, SCRAPERS&BLACKHOODIE$, the group's tribute to OAKLAND TURF RAP. But it was far too underground to pitch as a product in the opinion of Eddie B.) (THEORY0fLIGHT Produced by Eddie B./Total Profit) After completing Theory0fLight in late 2006. SeveredInc. moved on to their next project "SeveredInc. - SeveredInc." This album featured for the most part Eddie B. and Unkle J Spiddumz, with the introduction of Kid Clutch on "Champion" and many other classics SeveredInc. Severed Inc is easily the most classic SeveredInc. album, with it's dark mystism and it's well composed instrumentals.This was the first time EDDIE had done a full SeveredInc. project without his co-producer. (SEVEREDINC - SEVEREDINC. COMPLETED IN 2007. PRODUCED BY EDDIE B.) 2008(Las Cruces, NM): In Early 2008, Eddie B. met a local Rapper Krazed Kracker (Carson Poe), he was a moderatly talented lyricist but lacked in image and was shortly dropped from the group, but he introduced a member that has become a staple in the SEVEREDINC. sound, Kid Clutch (Tony Brown) a Chicago based rapper has attributed a more hiphop sound to the group in the later albums, such as Red&Black. Carson also introduced Eddie to the Southern Swag of the group, Wil (aka R.A.P), aswell as their lead singer Jasmine Singer who added a much needed element to the Severed Sound. (SEVEREDINC - CRIMZON COMPLETED IN EARLY 2008. PRODUCED BY EDDIE B.) 2008(Las Cruces, NM): After establishing his group, and fine tuning the newly added Jazz Singer, KIDD CLUTCH, and R.A.P.--Eddie B. then focused on the IMAGE of the group introducing KIDD CLUTCH for the first time on SevererdInc.'s Self Titled classic album (SeveredInc.-SeveredInc. Track:11-Champion) and molding the new talents Jazz/R.A.P. -- This album brought a unique sound since it had been the first album T.P. co-produced/been on since SeveredInc. -SeveredInc. (recorded nearly 6 months before). Featuring CPC artists King Jones and Young Gulley and the full array of the Softmore SeveredInc. roster it was a definite progression for the young artists. After a conflict of interest, Producer/Rapper, Eddie B. parted ways with his long time partners and band members Unkle J Spiddumz (James Claypool) and Total Profit (Marquis Lee) (aswell as the other members, Clutch, R.A.P., Krazed, and Jazz Singer.), he's now starting his own label and looking for new talent, but still maintains the SEVERED Sound with a new line up, consisting of Eddie B., with a solo carreer, label and studio, Eddie B. plans to re-invent the groups image and sound in order to appeal to a more wide audiance (recuiting new members)UPDATE SEVEREDINC HAS BEEN REVIVED AFTER THE ADITION OF IT'S LATEST ARTIST DANJA.
