Yung Phly 24 years yung from Portland, Oregon. Has always been a fan of hip hop as a child his mother would always watch music videos, where he would copy the movements and styles from the artist. Phly had linked up with an old High School buddy Javaun Sims also known as Jay Child. At the time Jay Child had a group called The Govament now called Tha Black Govament who he started the group up with Lawerence Bostic also known as Wizdom a super producer also from Portland, Oregon. Yung Phly and Jay Child would rap on the phone all the time going over verses that they would write everyday. Jay Child loved Phly's works ethic so much he decied to add him to his group The Gov. Yung Phly is influence from rappers Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, T.I., The Game, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, and many more. "I rap because I love Hip Hop, I rap because my fans, I rap because its my passion. If Hip Hop was a female she would be my girlfriend." - Yung Phly. He has open up for artist such as Lil Wayne, Too $hort, Young Dro, and many more.
