Luo Luo
A mellow solo-bass piece that I wrote during a time of great change in my life.
I am currently working on a new project, Isis Rain, which I am very excited about. I have played in a variety of bands from funk (Pariah), to pop (Gadfly), to grunge (Flush), to melodic metal () and goth/industrial (). After playing bass guitar for 18 years, I am finally getting around to recording a solo CD. If all goes well, it will finished this year. I don't think it's possible that I will ever lose the desire to play live.
Your musical influences
I am influenced by every artist I have ever heard. The most direct influences that come through in my sound are instrumentalists like: John Pattitucci, vic Wooten, Trip Wamsley, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Mike Oldflield, and Yanni, to name a few.What equipment do you use?
My live rig: Schecter basses, Behringer V-Amp Pro, Behringer FCB-1010, BBE Sonic Maximizer, American Audio Power Amp, 2 GK 210 cabs.
