EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
An exclusive rights license grants you (the Artist) the use of the beat for 1 RECORDING. (If there will be a remix to the song you record with the beat, please email me with artists names). You may sell an UNLIMITED number of copies of the finished recording. The recording can be used for (singles, albums, mixtapes, live performances, local radio play, DJs in a club setting, music videos, promotion, internet, and TV). You MAY NOT alter the beat in any way. If you want something changed please email me and I will do it. You may not resell the beat. I still own the beat as the producer. You MAY NOT resell the beat or transfer your license to anyone. If you sell any copies of the finished recording, you must pay royalties to me as the producer (3 points). I must be registered as the producer on all master recordings and performing rights organizations (I'm with BMI). A full contract stating everything that comes with this lease will be emailed to you upon purchasing the beat. You will receive the session with sessions files and an MP3 and WAV version of the beat. Credit must be given to Smiley15 as the producer (Produced by Smiley15).
