ILLMATIC FUSION'S current EP titled,"Millennium Funk," has 11 phat tracks including "Worldwide Anthem," which represents the entire nation and gives Louisville, Kentucky its long over due props. Also, listen out for "Street Life," "Cry for Me Die for Me," and the mind-stimulating song called "The Awakenings." Plus, "No Negativity," which is perfect for the radio, "Who You Be," "HeadRush," and "We Roll"(both version's), are all off the ringer. Really, the whole damn yey is tight!
ILLMATIC FUSION consists of Eric Ware aka
"MBeezy" and his wife Sherrie Ware aka "Sherrie NicCole". So, the fusion is not only lyrical. It's also physical, emotional, and spiritual between the two of them. Additionally, their music is an ILLMATIC FUSION of hip-hop, jazz, blues, and 70s Old School.
ILLMATIC FUSION'S "MBeezy" has been rhyming for many years and, in 1989, he was one of the first rapper from Louisville to ever be on wax with his hot single "Makin' Our Move" from Payback Records. "Sherrie NicCole" has been rhyming for many years, too. But, she's been singing for over 20 having started out in church at the age of five. Both of these lyrical miracles are from Louisville, Kentucky and they make no apologies for it.
"MBeezy" says, "It's not where you're from, it's where your talent is at!"
And ILLMATIC FUSION has a lot of it!!
