Born in Baltimore, and raised in Park Height and Ulman, Jovan "Redz" Moore had a love for rap music since an early age. As he grew up his favorite artist was and still is Tupac Shakur. Many of Redz' friends had lyrical talent, which influenced Redz to become a rapper as well. Some time in 2002 Redz and his close friends created a group that they called F.O.E. (Family Over Everything). Redz was never serious about rapping untill his close friend hooked up with someone who owned a recording studio. He soon became intrested in rapping and wanted to record his vocals on a track. After meeting the person his close friend hooked up with, they started to record many songs. The person he met was Chris B. He owned a recording studio and just started to produce his own beats.
Until this day Redz and Chris B have been working together to almost make a total of 60 songs. Redz and Chris B's current project is the Debue album, "Fame Or The Grave". They released the demo to this album in mid June, and Redz says, "I dont want this CD on the streets, the only way they gone get redz is if they walk in a store and get it off the shelf". Redz has a unique style of rapping that keeps him different and stands out in this industry. "Man ive only been rapping for seven months,and im eighteen years old, someone needs to sign me."
