Well in February 2007, I got into DJing but It wasn't really DJing. More like DJ Rankin and just speeding up the tune. I soon realised that it was crap and ripping off music. I found a demo of FL Studio and I thought it was great. Thats how now I am into creating my on music. At Xmas 2007 I got Cubase Studio 4, Rob Papen Predator VST Plugin and a M-Audio Axiom 25 USB / Midi Controller. So now I am really wanting to create my own music.Have you performed in front of an audience?No I don't play live. I would like to sometime in the future maybe DJing in clubs or doing live sets.
Your musical influences
Well I was influenced by lots of DJ's and Producers. I was also influenced by music sites such as Soundclick, Audiostreet etc.
Darren Styles, Hixxy, Scott Brown, DJ Tiesto, Alex K, DJ Greenie, DJ Fitzy, DJ Rossy B, ALX, Basshunter, Special D, Ultrabeat, Cascada, Darude, Flip & Fill, Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Eddie Halliwell, Dave Peirce, Bumpy Dee, KaW, Project Enkin, Square Bear, Digital Banzai, AphaFx and many more.What equipment do you use?
Computer: Toshiba Laptop, 1GB Ram, Windows Vista. I also have a 500GB External Hard Drive full of samples. And normal computer speaker system.
Software: Cubase Studio 4, FL Studio 8 (Demo), Abelton Live 6 Lite (Demo), Sony Acid XMC 6, Virtual DJ (Demo)
VST / VSTi Plugins: Rob Papen Predator
Hardware: M-Audio Axiom 25 Midi Keyboard Controller.
And Lots more VSTi and Vst Plugins, and lots of samples.
