Mechanical Organics is a fusion of live and electronic music that creates deep dark n dirty drum n bass. he has been creating dnb for the last couple of years and is getting better daily. he has recently created his own digital label and you can buy the releases from i tunes napster rhapsody and other digital stores. please get in touch and comment on the tracks and mixes.
Band/artist history
From djing at many illegal raves under the name dj robott as a teenager he matured into mechanical organics a dj, producer & mc. He has played at illegals all over east anglia (UK). some of these raves were Camkore, life 4 land, structually unsound, innerstate and mr whippy. He then moved south down to brighton where he linked up with promoter peter biggs aka biggsy and started playing for Cut Loose at Ali Cats and the Volks, playing liquid funk to jump up anthems and grimey dark dnb. Producing and promoting his drum n bass over the last year has been the whole focus of mechanical organics playing his tunes into his dj sets, making various contacts through myspace and at sun n bass a drum n bass festival in sardinia . Mechanical organics writes across the different styles of dnb and trys to fuse them together as much as possible. The future looks bright for Mechanical Organics playing gigs in germany for porno hacienda and braakattac, and across the U.K for Cut Loose, Camkore, Spherical sounds, Vs and www.shedbass.com
Have you performed in front of an audience?
i play live reguarly in brighton and once every couple of months in cambridge. i have recently played in germany in Kiel and Augsburg and played in front of 400+ people the best moment was when a big group of people were about to leave and came running back to the dancefloor when i put on kiss kiss bang bang - high contrast i also play 2 shows a week for www.shedbass.com tuesdays 10pm-12am and fridays 4pm-5pm
