5G & the Murderland Incorporated Crew (M.I.C.) The Murderland Crew originally started with The Eric Show, Donato, Ransom and Pimp Willy D. with the 2005 release of "Exorcist" off the 2007 I Killed Superman Mixtape. With members originating from every part of Maryland, from Charles "C-Town" County, MoCo, P.G., and even some in D.C. It's no wonder they are hot! The Eric Show (a.k.a. I.C.B.) says he remembers hittin' Willy D. up on the cell and asking him what the name of the group should be and Will replied M.I.C. for Murderland Incorporated Crew. While most members attended UMES (University of Maryland Eastern Shore), the Murderland Crew would hook up in between classes or late nights to record in the studio which was owned by Donato. Pretty Ricky came on the scene in 2006. He had already been recording and producing mixtapes with his Five G Niggaz, which mainly consisted of people he knew from his hometown. Black Light Productionz, which was named because a black light would shine down on the mic while everyone recorded in the studio, began to spark an interest around campus. With Sir Ike Turner on board as one of the CEO's of Black Light and Quest, who was already known around the D.C. underground, they were unstoppable and undefeated. Recruiting soldiers from all over the Murderland, D.C. area such as Vegas, who had been around for awhile with the Murderland Crew, and R&B singer R.J. the family began to expand. The Murderland Crew released several volumes of Pimpz At The Round Table Mixtapes, producing hits such as "Cold As Ice," "I Heard," "Wife At Home," They continued to make hits like "Beautiful Tragedy" and "Throw A Stack At Em", which features the voice of Lil Wayne on the hook. The Murderland Crew continues to grow, providing the streets with mixtapes guaranteed to bump in everyones ride.
