Gewaarwordings sings quiet observations of the human spirit, our relations and our struggles. She spent her childhood years in the idyllic town of Knysna, South Africa, where she would spend days wandering along the Knysna lagoon, humming stories to herself and writing. As a student in the coastal city of Port Elizabeth, she immersed herself in the academic world and almost lost her voice to the dark void of accounting and programming forever. During her final year, a small group of friends unleashed a frenzy of writing when they challenged her to write a single poem. She started writing and singing again and hasn't stopped since.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play at open mics, a few times a month.
What equipment do you use?
I play guitar and sing, and fill in the other details with Cakewalk. Some songs are collaborations with artist friends, so then you may see organs or pianos, other instruments.

Rosanne,
This Here sounds like it could've come from Leonard Cohen's album - New Skin for the Old Ceremony. An excellent song & performance though there is a little distortion in places. I hope you get to rerecord or remix it to remove the couple of buzz spots.
Great work!
