I like to think of myself as a song writer first and formost who plays guitar and sings
The best memory that I have of playing live, is when I asked for requests ( usually "covers" are requested ) and I was asked to play one of my own songs and the whole audience was singing along. A really magic experience
I love ballads, and like I said earlier, I was influenced by Joan Baez and Carol king, but there are so many good singers and writers out there, there is not enough room to fit them all in here.
I do love arabic music, Amr Diab being my all time favorite
