PURCHASE INFO:To buy non-exclusive or exclusive rights to any beat, please contact me using any of the above three contact methods. I currently accept PAYPAL, MONEY ORDERS, and CHECKS. Listed below are the types of purchase methods:
LEASING (NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS):Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing leasing rights, I still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:Exclusive rights give you full ownership and rights to the beat. You are allowed to use the beat however you would like, and I can no longer lease or sell the beat. When you purchase exclusive rights to a beat, I will send out a contract entitling you to full ownership of the instrumental. In order to purchase exclusive rights to a beat, you must contact me to negotiate pricing.
FREE BEATS:Free beats are added to the site consistently, usually at a rate of about one every few weeks. Feel free to download free beats (click the "mp3" button) and use them for your mixtape, album, or however else you would like. Just do NOT sell the beats, and be sure to give Sinsear verbal or written credit on any recordings you distribute.
