Hello world. I go by the name Mii (pronounced like "me"). These are my creations and thoughts put into something that can be understood by people open to the diversity of music. Music is my haven and my escape. My way to express myself when i can't find words to do so. When you do something, I feel you should do it going all out and that's what comes out of my music.
I could never limit myself to a certain genre because it's the music that catches me. I can understand some rap, being from a poor family in Louisiana. I can be soothed by classical music in times where i just want to relax. I love to dance so pop and r&b fuel my life. Sometimes, i just wanna rock out cause... i moved to the suburbs. I can't help it. (see episode on Dave Chappelle "can white people dance") To simplify myself, I am my own person. I do whatever feels right to me and i will not do something just because everyone else does. There's more to life than following the crowd and i don't plan on missing out on the endless opportunities life has to offer. I enjoy my life because it is unbelievably short and the future is uncertain.
I started messing around with Fruity Loops awhile ago and have been using it ever since (with no keyboard x.x lol). I really should getting around to reading the manual. I'm more of a hands on learner i guess. I like the program. I've made most of these songs on here in less than 20 mins so I think it fits me well.Have you performed in front of an audience?I can. i play drums and i can hang on the keys. I'm on a pro level of dancing tho.
Your musical influences
Mozart, Chopin, Brian Michael Cox, Hanz Zimmer, Timbo, Swiss Beats. There's not too many and yet i can't think of anyone really.What equipment do you use?
Um... I've made everything on Fruity Loops. I like it and it's easiest for me to use. Since i'm wanting more to get into production as a profession, i'm going to invest into more professional things, but hey, the point is to use whatever can help you get out the best in the sound you with to create.Anything else?
