I was born Corey Holland to Bridgette and Dwayne Holland. I was born at Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh North Carolina. I have always been musically inclined, but I fell in love with rap music around the age of 10. I began rapping not long after. After learning how to rap I spent the next 9 years developing my skills to enhance my craft. Devoting all of my time to learning and studying, I began to see a lot of improvement and growth. Through word of mouth, promotions and performances I became known as a lyrical southern artist around my home town of Raleigh, North Carolina. After all these years of hard work and preparation I am now ready to rock with the worlds mainstream as Nitres aka Raleigh Vet. In early 2007 I started my independent label MILA RECORDS LLC in pursuit of jump starting my career, and adding a team of talented artist, producers, and musicians that would be strong enough to take the industry by storm.Band/artist history
Mila Records in a new independant label located in Raleigh North Carolina. Our mission is to bring an original sound of music that crosses between the lines of genres, creating a unique style of music for original music lovers. Founded in early 07 by CEO and artist Corey "NITRES" Holland the label continues to grow and gain recognition as an upcoming major force in the music industry. With countless performances, radio and T.V acknowledgement Mila continues to create a buzz as the new voice of North Carolina. Our next step is to bring the Carolinas to the forefront of the industry as a major market and streaming empire for hit music. Partnering and collaborating with other local powerhouses on the rise, Mila refuses to settle for anything less than #1. Your musical influences
lot of my influences come from early hot boyz music, lil'wayne (legend), alot of R&B from legends like: Frankie Lymon, Barry White, Michael Jackson (childhood hero), etc. Back to rap Busta rhymes, common and many more.What equipment do you use?
