AngelWings Redeemed Rock Band is located in Northwest Florida, we have been together for thrirty-three years and counting. Ralph & Barb Lawson have been blessed to change our life styles and music and words to praise Jesus, and travel five states, two TV shows and countless venues...we want to share our music with others. The band was established in 1998 in Marianna, Fl, we belong to the Heaven's Saints M/M, and have played Daytona Bikeweek and lots of other biker rallies, including Thunder Beach at Panama City, Fl. We want to share the joy of loving the Lord through our rock, and blues oriented music. AngelWings started playing out in 1998, I don't know right off how many churches, concerts, youth rallies, biker rallies we have played at, we have performed on TV twice...Actually we had a band history on another website that went under and took it all (including music) with it, and closed...but we will get another catalogue together in the very near future so just watch here for availability.
Yes, we are now accepting limited engagements for 2008, we have played 5 southern states and we like it...there have been so many special moments and we thank all the people who support us and pray for our music ministry.
Ralph Lawson has been playing guitar for over 40 years and he has had some major influences on hi styling, and Barb, she has been singing about every female rock artist that has come out and we are talking about 60, 70 and 80's artist mostly with current country artists when clubbing, but Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaugh, Carlos Santana Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page all come to mind, and Heart, Janis Joplin, Cher, Journey, Pat Benetar, Cindy Lopier...well I think you get the picture...we love to rock, play blues, southern rock it all comes together with a New Message!
1987 Paul Reed Smith, Peavey Delta Blues guitar amp w/15" and 30watts, Ensoniq ZR76 keyboard, Hammond XK1 digital Organ, Rhodes KC 550 keyboard amp...PA varies to venue, nothing humongus but a couple thousand watts, Peavy SP3's, subs, Carvin, PV 15" wedgies, Soundcraft Ghost console, Soundcraft FX16 console...numerous outboard gear, CD player okay, we have more than I want to list here...okay? We can make a whole lot of Joyful Noise!
