Born In Cincinnati Ohio. October 25th1981conceived in the cumminsville community from the parents of Millie jean Pruitt & Sheffield Lamont Gunter. Birth in university hosipital blessed with the gift of having a musical ear.With a family history of entertainers and musicians was almost like an advantage to me. Being that i grew up in the hip hop era i knew it wouldn,t be easy making a name for my self. Being the youngest boy of six i remember my self looking up to my older brother Kenny.P aka Kenneth Pruitt. (Who once was part of a break dancing team in the early 80's). I knew that my talent and ambition, mixed with the originality of the art's and craft would eventually have a reserved position for the future of Joegunz. government name (joseph gunter) Later to move on through life trying to figure out ways to get my big break. Only if i stay'd consistant and motivated moving from one neighborhood to another would shortly just become stepping stones. With know intentions to progress as much as Idid (meaning I didnt think that i would make it this far.) I would then come in counter with people that had the potential of being long term friends realizing that there where many things in common. So to this day we remain tight' During the mid. 90's me and my business accompliss decided to join forces as a group named the nati boys. But still i remained a solo artist under A -1Entertainment which was founded in 1995 by the c.e.o / kenny.p .
By the time i was 16 i had already been featured on every kenny.p album that was pressed up sense 1995 . Thats when i knew what i wanted to do and i had to take it serious if i planned on having a successful career as a rap /hip hop artist. I Remember attending Taft high school,each day it became less of a interest i dont know if it was the school or what. How ever i felt that i had to get out there (meaning get withdrawed from cincinnati plublic schools.)Only after getting held back the following year which was freshman year. Do to attendance and credibility for classes.IKnew that i had to do something to keep my self out of trouble but at the same time make some money so it was hard trying to hold my appearence. so i had to get a job,during that time one of my oldiest brothers was the manager at Rallys so he looked out for me by giving me a position.(working at diffrent station through out the store)as a Rotator really came in handy cause lord knows i needed it . experiencing diffrent jobs through out the years really gave me a better understanding of the value of a dollar.So had i to work hard to get to where i was trying to go exspecially with out some kind of diploma or equivalent. So a few years later i decided to go back for my G.e.d and also take some college courses.So a female friend who was former student got me the connection to the treasurer of south western college of business i also was working at u.p.s.(united parcel service) trying to work go to school brought alot of stress.But i knew what i had to do and it worked out for a while up until i injured my back at work one day so then i had to get therapy so something had to give.Earning the trust of my friends and associates i decided to start my own company:Hustle Hand entertainment that features,singers, song writers,engineers,dancers,Lyricist.esc.............by:Joseph L.
