Tocar has toured in Europe, the last trip went from Budapest to Italy ......all over really. Renee and the guys have played for the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and been involved with Greater Europe Missions.
Rick Carfa is on keyboards....there's nobody like him and there never will be....Jimmy Simpler...bassist...incredible songwriter...the talent is so interwoven in this cd.....Anthony Jackson......a drummer and percussionist that has changed the way the entire group feels jazz...Tim Ishii sax....played on the tonite show.....gives the total texture ....Sam Walker...guitar.....jazz is his love and his obsession......Renee Rollins.....vocalist.....jazz stylist.....performing the feeling of all the passion that makes this music so wonderful.....Have you performed in front of an audience?All we do is live....jazz doesn't work unless it's live....and it is the love of my life.
The most special moments are looking back at Rick Carfa, Jimmy and Anthony and seeing the looks are there faces and knowing that it was working......for just a minute....it was jazz.
