Born in 1975, August 22nd in the Paris region, Kenjah grew up in France and overseas. At a young age, he became very absorbed by music. He started studying music when he was 9 years old, both on his own and with a piano teacher.
After his university studies, he started a professional music school in Paris called "L'ecole Alta."where he studied guitare and sing; He then decided to extend his musical culture with lengthy 10 years of travels in Europe, Asia, and Africa,at the encounter of new music styles and eminant musicians Those travels were followed by many jamming and concerts .
His 23rd year saw him living in the Mauritius islands studying with African musicians. The violent and sudden murder of his inspirational master "Kaya," Creator of a new music style "Seggae" shattered him. He decided to consecrate a part of his life and his inspiration to emancipate the style of his master by a message of peace and sharing among all people.
Kenjah's music carries the fruit of inspiration from many countries, as well as from his life, the suffering, and the joys of a foreigner, a nomad, among the brothers and sisters of the earth.He now lives and perform his music in Japan.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play lives in Japan and Europe !
