've been playing guitar four almost four years now. Altought my passion for guitar came when i was ten years old.My two uncle used to play in a band called Alibi back in newfoundland and they had been a big inspiration for me. My first band that i actually liked and thought where great where Our Lady Peace I thought Mike Turner( who is now not in Our Lady Peace) was an amazing guitarist. Altought Mike is still a great guitarist, he wasnt My biggest inpsiration. That of course whould have to be Daniel Johns of Silverchair.After seeing a live preformance of Ana's Song on youtube i started to become a fan of Silverchair. Ana's song really opened doors for me because of the lyrics and the singing.Which came out as a love song but actaully was something completely different. At my aunts wedding on july 24 i recieved my acoustic off my uncle who had found an old acoustic in his attic and spruced it up for me.Thus began My constant struggle with my father. Disliking the idea that i had a guitar he would constantly take it away form me. Because he believed i could never achieve a music career, he constantly reminded me how i couldn't sing well or that my music was only noise.Instead of giving up and giving in to his temptation i decided to write a crude and unusual song about him that i called Nagger Dadgerthis being the first song i ever wrote but most certainly not the last.Threw out the years that i have been playing i had wrote and recorded over 100 songs (90% precent of them tho sucked so its not really an accomplishment)Your musical influences
