My first all-instrumental work.

Call on Me Call on Me
Great live drumming by Lefty, who also played bass, an extra guitar track, sang a harmony vocal, AND mixed it all, if memory serves me correctly.

The "band" is basically me ---- Bryan.
I write the songs, play the instruments, sing the vocals, and record the whole mess, with some help at times from my friends I've listed below.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Nope. Not since the early 70's. I am looking to change that in the near future. I miss playing live.
Your musical influences
Beatles, Allman Brothers (especially Duane), Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, a LOT of great bands from the heyday of rock music .... even some lesser known ones such as Bloodrock and Demian.
Second-Hand Mutt's music doesn't sound like any of these folks, but bits and pieces of their styles can be heard woven into SHM songs.
What equipment do you use?
Gibson Les Pauls, a REALLY COOL vintage '62 Gibson SG Special (nope, NOT a reissue!), Fender Stratocasters and Telecasters, Epiphone Casino -- numerous other guitars (electric and acoustic); Marshall amplifiers; Hammond XB-2 organ and Leslie 860 speaker; Alesis SR-16 drum machine; pots and pans, the kitchen sink ------------ anything that I might think of.
Anything else?
I've gotten by with some help from my friends on a few songs ---- "real" drums from a friend in England (thanks Lefty!), bass playing and mixing by a friend in Australia (g'day David!), and general cheerleading and inspiration from another English friend who lives in Germany (cheers, Rich!).
Lefty is currently playing guitar in a punk tribute band called "PUNK'D" with a strong following, Rich is having success with his band, "The Zero Five", and David is doing well as a sound engineer for live music events.
