Though based out of Houston, TX home of DJ SCREW (R.I.P.) and the bragadoisious sound that made nationwide noise from 2005-2006. You won't hear much of that hear. STEADY GRINDIn' is actually a spin off or you can say the second generation of a record label that began as a publishing company (WORLDBOUND MUSIC ENTERPRISE). The origins of this group dates back to the mid-80's when the founder Sidney "Pucchi" Meggett was promoting, managing acts and putting together his live band. That has now trickled down to a movement from South Florida and now Houston, TX is slowly yet feeling the impact of STEADY GRINDIN.'Have you performed in front of an audience?Currently we are putting out mixtapes back to back as preparation for our live shows coming in summer 2007. Your musical influences
Although the band consists of four members, Dub Dee and Yung Ross are the headliners while Fee Major and T-SLIMM or basically silent members. Dub and Ross have a unique sound hip-hop lovers will enjoy. They make music its not redundant nor predictable. Fee Major is the streets. He writes tales of streetlife yet uses words one would not expect from and artists with his street ties. T-Slimm, though more often then not silent, when he does get on the mic is the narrator. His word craftmanship is similar to that of Andre from Outkast. He is going to tell you the truth and he is going to tell you how he sees is it.What equipment do you use?
