At the early age of seven, Shavons unique gift for music empowered her to uplift her voice as a member of her churchs choir. At an early age it became apparent to Shavon, and everyone within ear shot of her voice that she was destined to entertain. Her eyes for stardom lead her to star in school plays and shine bright in talent shows. In January of 2004 Shavon began to invite the world into her thoughts and feelings when she started writing her own lyrics. Her distinct insight inside the mind of a woman and her feelings allowed her to expressively convey the true human emotion of the average woman, things they thought, felt, Performing was second nature to Shavon; once she hit the stage and all eyes were on her she made sure that not only did she have everyones attention, but that she had everyones mind, thoughts and dreams as she performed. Her unique sultry voice painted pictures that the blind could see, made a poor man rich and gave hope to the hopeless. Just an ordinary lady, in a world that is anything but ordinary she performed everywhere from various coffee houses, open mic nights, Ultimate 1st Fridays, clubs and shows. Today poised with a never dying love for music and performing she begins a new journey into her dreams. Her dreams that will soon become a reality; and a long awaited awakening to the world when she is introduced, accepted and crowned.
