New slap thing New slap thing
Potentially a song if I ever learn how to write music

Tomorrow Tomorrow
New riff, it's sloppy because it's hard and because I recorded it about twenty minutes after coming up with it. Played on my 8-string.

Afro Blue Afro Blue
This is the jazz standard "Afro Blue." This band is a steel drum band I was in in high school, I just found this old recording and decided to put it up here. I had only been playing for about two and a half years when this was recorded.

Well, this is just me playing bass. Most of them are completely improvised. It's all recorded using a tiny Peavey Microbass practice amp and Windows Recorder, through a really bad microphone that's part of my monitor. The set up sucks, so don't be expecting super quality. :)
Band/artist history
I've been playing bass for five years. I play mostly rock, and a little jazz. I have four basses: my main Ibanez BTB, which has been signed by Victor Wooten, Kai Eckhardt, and Steve Bailey; my Kawai 4-string; my Ibanez 4-string acoustic-electric; and my Dean Rhapsody 8-string. I plug into an Ampeg SVT 3-pro which powers a Peavey 4x10 cabinet. I also occasionally use a Boss Chorus pedal.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Just with my band, The Mark.
Your musical influences
Flea, Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, Kai Eckhardt, Steve Bailey, Adam Nitti, Dirk Lance, Victor Bailey, Jim Creeggan, Lars Norberg.. just tons. Name a big-name bassist, and he/she's probably influenced me.
