LIVE PERFORMANCES- Altered Reality started off playing shows in major college events, also at the 07 Campus Rock Idols held at Pune. Altered Reality played three shows for ANIMAX in 2007(tv channel) which was held at Atria Mall Worli. The show was played over the Animax the channel and also all over Asia and received very promising reviews. Altered Reality hosted their first concert along with a Sufi rock band, which was held at Tolani College. Altered Reality was the headline of the event. The event was a major success. It was also sold out. Altered Reality played at KC College at the Radio Mirchi music event along with the Indian Idols 07 contestants and RJ Jeeturaaj. The next day, details about the show were featured on Star News. Altered Reality was invited back to KC College to play at their Kiran college festival. Altered Reality had their first debut track called 'Identity' featured on Radio Mirchi. The track received very good reviews. The listeners of Mirchi were asked to vote for the track. Altered Reality received a huge number of votes and very promising reviews. Altered Reality was also scheduled to play at NM College’s Umang college festival. Altered Reality’s track 'Here without Me' was released over the internet, which moved up to #2 on the International Alternative General Rock Charts in less than 72hours. Altered Reality played at Poison for the ROCKILUTION event on the 16th of September. Altered Reality recorded the soundtrack for a short film Directed by Bahaish Kapoor & Produced by Nikhil Namit, the song 'Somebody Else' was the main soundtrack for the movie. The show was amazing; we have the best time playing for any ANIMAX event. Also scheduled throughout October till January 08 were Live Unplugged performances throughout the city, to help create awareness for charity. This is all in effort to help raise money for the NGO We Positive, for the children they are working with who are living with HIV. Altered Reality played at Sydnem College, Curchgate, with Radio Mirchi on the 20th of December 07. Altered Reality was chosen to play at the World Trade Centre (Mumbai) with Radio Mirchi on the 20th of January 2008 for the Mumbai Marathon Expo. Altered Reality celebrated its ONE YEAR Anniversary in February 08 at KC College with a Smash Hit Fund Raiser Concert for Underprivileged Children with HIV. The show was a huge success; AR had also given out gift vouchers worth of 20,000 to the Patrons, sponsored by their partners. Altered Reality played 5 promotion shows for the event; Rock n Cracker in the Diwali week at Inorbit Mall between the 20TH October - 2ND November 2008. AR played a Concert on the 24th of Jan 09 at RX, held at Bombay College of Pharmacy. The concert was sold out and a major success. Altered Reality played Live Along with Canadian band; Low Level Flight at Hardrock Café Mumbai, on 31st march 09 at their album release. AR was live in concert at a sold out Daddy’s Windsong Wednesdays at IL Terrezzo Bar, Juhu mumbai on 10th June 09.
