Trance

DJ Frozen IceCube is an independant trance artist who also thinks file-sharing is the best thing that has ever happened to music. While his main genre is trance, he has also delved into ambient music, hard trance, and drum n' bass (possibly others in the future, who knows?)
Band/artist history
DJ Frozen IceCube started making music in 2005 just out of fun. He didn't think he'd get very far with the music he made, but just for fun, decided to post his music on P2P via eMule. To his schock and amazement, he averaged roughly 10,000 downloads per month Since January 2007 (stat as of April 2007) As his music grew, he kept going to see where his music career would take him. DJ Frozen IceCube is currently seeking more exposure given the test promotion completely exceeded all expectations (currently number 4 on the eMule content database!). To this day, he's still doing this for a fun hobby, but he knows that general success is definitely possible.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I don't play live as I havn't learned how to do so yet. I do have the intention of eventually gaining this ability though.
Your musical influences
Da Rude, Airbase, Octagen, Estuera (Jonas Steur/SilverTear), Logistics, Sub Focus, Pendulum, Ian Van Dahl, Ayla, Zale, JS16, tons of other artists and the entire Creative Commons movement.
What equipment do you use?
Fruity Loops Studios. If I get over the learning curves, possibly Propellerheads Reason, Screamtracker 3, and Ableton Live.
Anything else?
I also go by the name of Drew Wilson on Slyck.com. I also host a radio show on called . The show features a mixture of copyrighted and CC licensed music. 99.99% independent music!
