THA BEGINNING OF THA END..." That's what it looked like in late 2000 for a then 20 yr old Cory Finnie(a.k.a.CeGrimm)as He sat in LaPorte county jail awaiting sentencing on an armed robbery charge.Enduring a tumultuous adolescence & coming of age(including brief periods in psychiatric hospitals,group homes & a year long stint in boys' school),He never thought he would actually "graduate" to the adult court system.While music was always a major facet of his life(he would spend hours cutting mixtapes for friends in jr.high),it wasn't until he arrived at Otter Creek Corr. Facility that it became a driving force & source of inspiration for him.Participating in numerous freestyle"yard sessions"while incarcerated,He began fine-tuning His lyrical style & wordplay,both freestyle & written,& thus REVELATIONZ RECORDS was born.Upon his release in late 2004,he met up with 2Da West,the older brother of his closest childhood friend,& they began work on several projects.While 2 of their collaborations were released through 2Da Wests' label,it would be another 2 years before CeGrimm would actually be able to begin actual studio work on his own album due to financial shortcomings & another brief jail term.When he returned home in late 06,he wasted no time,purchasing some studio quality music software & procuring a makeshift studio to finish recording his album.In the meantime He also put together a mixtape album,"Tha Mixtape Murders ver1.0",released through the internet early '08.CeGrimm also moved to Vegas around this time & dove headfirst into the music scene there, releasing another mixtape,"Tha Mixtape Murders ver2.0:Sin City Homicides" in early '09,also released through the internet & distributed fleetingly throughout Las Vegas & Henderson,NV. In September of '09,CeGrimm returned to Michigan City & began work on his debut album,titled"A Grimm Reality". Due to several setbacks, "A Grimm Reality" was put on indefinite hiatus,but to keep his fans with something fresh on their plates CeGrimm released a third volume of the Mixtape Murders series, "ver 3.0:MurderInaSmallTown",also via internet,in late 2011. Soon after getting back into the full swing of producing/engineering/recording,CeGrimm released an EP, "Trials,Tribulations & Triumphs" online in November of 2012. Currently working with 2Da West,Young KLO,Young Reap,& various other artists on a slew of mixtapes,the morphing of "A Grimm Reality" into a DOUBLE DISC offering,& the early processes of his follow up album, CeGrimm,Revelationz Records,& FAMILIA Productions are proving themselves to be a mainstay in the Midwest rap scene.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play wherever people wanna hear me! I do clubs,house parties,weddings,sware's,get togethers,kickbacks,all that!! Whoever wants to hear me wont be disappointed!

Maroon 5,3-6 mafia, Brotha Lynch Hung, R.E.M., Bizzy Bone(1 of tha hardest out,PERIOD!),T.I., Yo Gotti, Marvin Gaye, Pac, 3 doors down,Peter Gabriel,T-Rex,Sam Cooke,Don Trip,Starlito,The script,...I could go on 4 days,...I just like good music...What equipment do you use?
