Band/artist history
Formed in 1998 (though gigged in another World in the 1970's), Rough Auntie was given birth by the musical splutterings of the 1970's and 1980's through the ears of Nick Kidd & Adrian Lucas. The first two (unpublished) albums, "As West as it Gets" and "Eight Miles Out" were mostly recorded improvised ideas, loosely crafted into songs. The third album "Perfect Dilemma" was completed in 2001 and draws some of those ideas together into a more structured form. Rough Auntie.

Rumour has it that theres a rough auntie ring tone going around....
Futureworld - at last a new track from Rough Auntie.
If the quality of this track is anything to go by then the next album when it's released later this year is going to rival 'Perfect Dilemma' for space in my multi-changer!
"Do you think I mind?" is pretty damn cool. I hear alot of crap whilst surfing... this stuff didn't make it into that catagory fortunately. Was quite a pleasing listen. If you're doing this stuff on your pc, might invest in a prog like Acid for percussion stuff. The drum machine is my only complaint. Kinda cheesy. But keep up the good work nonetheless.
Hey! you've put me in an "Imperfect Dilemma", my wife has heard your music and now wants me to buy your CD rather than the Greatist Hits of the Nolan Sister, which is an album I really want.
Thanks Rough Auntie
