Must credit producer in title of the track. Producer can still sell the beat.Publishing remains ownership of producer. Producer is to be paid 5% of total sales.

- Exclusive Rights ($75 and up): You will receive a high quality MP3 of the beat, and/or the raw .wav file. Buyer has full usage of the beat (profitable or non-profitable) and is allowed to edit beat. Profitable usage has no limit on number of units sold. However, the buyer cannot resell the beat or take credit for it. Still must credit producer. Producer can no longer sell the beat to anyone else.Publishing for beat remains owneship of producer. Producer is to be paid 2% of total sales.
