Femme' Cartel is in the building. Shay C has been rappin since the age of 6 (Shout out to my Uncle Will) and Katauna Bella since age 10. Performing everywhere from the annual BLACK Family Reunion, open mic showcases, and the notorious Ritz Nightclub these ladies are ready to take over the world. Since starting the group 2 years ago these ladies have been hittin the streets hard with their mixtapes. Okay okay I'm lyin its only been one year(. We toasted the group in New Years 2006(January 2006). But check their track record; this year alone these ladies released 4 mixtapes and counting. Having opened for Rick Ross and working with numerous producers in the city these ladies were able to build a strong fan base and gain notoriety in the streets. Now with the hit singles "Swindelee" and "Blah Blah" they proved that they can take their show on the road. Can they sell records???Hell yeah they can sell records, and T-shirts, and ink pens. Ask about em. In 07' the motto is put up or shut up. These ladies launched their own entertainment company MMS entertainment (Money Making Strategy) and have been independently marketing themselves. WE STARTED THE GROUP 2 YEARS AGO AS 3 MEMBERS. STARTING FROM GROUND ZERO WE BEGAN TO PUT TOGETHER A MIX CD WITH ALL OF OUR OLD STUFF THAT LED TO THE JOINING OF FEMME' CARTEL. WE WANTED TO EAT OFF THE CD'S BUT LITTLE DID WE KNOW WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO STARDOM. WE BEGAN SELLING THE CD'S ON THE STREETS AND AT OPEN MIC SHOWS. THE DEMAND WAS SO MUCH HIGHER THAN THE STOCK. THEY WERE SELLING LIKE HOT CAKES. SOON CLUB OWNERS WERE ASKING IF WE WANTED TO DO SHOWS AND LETTING US IN FOR FREE. EVEN THE RADIO CAME TO OUR SHOWS AS WE WERE THE FEATURED ACT THAT EVENING. THEY ASKED IF WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN PERFORMING AT ONE OF THEIR VENUES. WE HUMBLY TOOK THEM UP ON THEIR OFFER. AND IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS IT WOULD BE SHOWTIME. WITH THAT SAID THINGS WERE GOING SEEMINGLY WELL. WE HAD THE RADIO AND CLUB OWNERS ON US, WE HAD THE STYLISTS, AND THE CLOTHING SPONSORS BUT THERE WAS A CATCH. ONE MEMBER FELT LIKE SHE DIDN'T NEED FIMMEY ANYMORE SO THE TASTE OF CINCINNATI WAS OUR LAST SHOW AS A TRIO LITTLE DID WE KNOW. BUT YES SHE WENT SOLO. WITHIN 3 DAYS THE WHOLE CITY KNEW AND THAT STOPPED ALMOST EVERY CONNECT WE HAD. SO NOW WE GOIN DUMB HARD SHITTIN ON WHOEVER GETS IN THE WAY--BUT WE UNDERSTAND IT'S ONLY BUSINESS!!!! SO WE GETTIN IT TOGETHER STEPPIN THE GAME ALL THE WAY UP. PROFESSIONAL EVERYTHING. SO DON'T SAY WE'VE CHANGED--IT'S ONLY BUSINESS!!!!Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes, most definitely!!!
